Sheryl-Underwood
Sheryl Underwood is an American television host, comedian and performer famous for hosting the popular daily talk show The Talk. She was born and brought up within Little Rock. Sheryl is from a troubled family. Sheryl spent most of her childhood caring for her sister Frankie and her polio-infected sister. In her early years, she had a relationships with her mother were rocky. Sheryl states that her mother once stabbed at her father for getting too close. Sheryl joined the military following her graduation from college. Her passion was comedy. In 1989, she became the first female to make it to the top in the Miller Lite Comedy Search contest. Her TV career began in 1992, as a performer for the HBO comedy program Def Comedy Jam. She hosted a show on television at the time of her debut on Oh Drama! Then in 2011, she started being in The Talk as co-host. Also, she appears in fictional roles in popular shows such as Bulworth and Nikki as well as Beauty Shop.
